Evee is an AI-powered knowledge platform that allows you to:

  • Create and manage AI chatbots
  • Ingest content from various sources (URLs, sitemaps, files)
  • Deploy chatbots for customer support and knowledge management

3. Account Registration

To use Evee, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
  • Use the service for spam or malicious purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • You grant us a license to process your content for the service
  • We do not claim ownership of your data

7. Intellectual Property

The Evee platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Evee operates.
